I look forward to working with each of you! To ensure the process is as comfortable and predictable as possible for everyone involved, please familiarize yourself with the production terms below:
Custom Orders Policy
BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER
Concept Discussion.
The process begins with you describing your idea and the desired result. After submitting your request, we proceed to a detailed discussion of the design.
Technical Brief.
At this stage, you provide references or sketches. All details must be clarified now — any new ideas that arise at later stages will be charged separately.
Signature Style.
I work in my own artistic style, which is an integral part of every piece. By placing an order, you confirm that you are familiar with my work and trust my visual approach. Every custom jewelry piece will feature the brand hallmark.
Design Limitations.
I reserve the right to decline requests for direct copies of other artists' work. Your idea will be adapted to my style and the technical capabilities of the production process.
Ethics and Legal Compliance.
Orders involving hate speech, incitement, or violations of the law are prohibited.
Symbolism.
Religious symbolism (including crosses) is permitted. The use of symbols associated with communities, subcultures, or erotic themes is possible only upon prior approval.
Payment.
Once the concept is approved, a contract is signed and a 100% advance payment is required. Pricing is calculated individually.
Payment Process Through the Website.
To process the payment and formally document the transaction, your custom piece will be temporarily listed on the website as a separate product. This is a technical step required to use official payment methods. Please be assured that your unique design (such as a family crest or personal sketch) will not enter mass production and will not be available for purchase by third parties.
ONCE WORK HAS BEGUN
3D Model Development.
This is the first stage of physically bringing the piece to life.
Review and Adjustments.
During the process, I will provide screenshots of the 3D model. You will have the opportunity to review the design twice and request revisions.
Finalization.
Once the revisions have been completed and you have approved the model, the 3D design is considered fully finalized. Any structural changes requested after this point will be charged separately.
APPROVAL AND PRODUCTION
Final Opportunity to Cancel.
The 3D design approval stage is the last point at which the project may be canceled with a partial refund (under the agreed conditions).
Production Begins.
Once the model has been fully approved, the project moves into production and refunds are no longer possible.
Manufacturing.
The process of creating the piece in its final material begins.
COMPLETION AND DELIVERY
Photo Report.
Upon completion, you will receive photographs of the finished piece for final review.
The Story of the Piece.
If you ever decide to resell the piece in the future, I would appreciate being put in contact with the new owner. This helps me maintain a connection with my work for future exhibitions or public projects.
